Unlike big chain pizzerias and large-scale foodservice operations, the ingredients made at the Sal’s Pizza commissary kitchen are all-natural, meaning they do not contain any artificial ingredients or preservatives, and are never frozen! Our ingredients are “made to order” so there is never a need to hold a supply of prepared ingredients in inventory.
To ensure these exceptionally fresh, high quality ingredients stay that way right up until the time your pizza is made, Sal’s Pizza delivers them to each and every Sal’s Pizza location in our very own fleet of refrigerated trucks and vans.
